Our Lifetime Warranty

Every DJOK belt is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. We offer a transferable lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship affecting the leather, buckles, keepers, and stitching. When a defect is determined to be covered by our warranty, we repair it or replace the defective component free of charge.

Our lifetime warranty follows each DJOK belt throughout its useful life, without a fixed limit in years, provided the belt remains usable and does not show excessive wear. The warranty is fully transferable, even when a belt is given to someone else. Repairs recognized as covered by our warranty are carried out free of charge, subject to the applicable conditions.

Our warranty covers repairs to worn or loose stitching; replacement of keepers that detach, break, or are lost after detaching; and repair or replacement of defective buckles, provided the belt is in suitable overall condition.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or natural aging of the leather, excessive wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.

During the first 30 days after initial delivery, DJOK pays round-trip shipping costs for any covered defect reported within that period, as well as the necessary repairs.

​

After 30 days, the lifetime warranty continues to apply and covered repairs remain free of charge. Round-trip shipping costs are then paid by the belt owner, subject to applicable legal rights.
